For example, the default look of the bars from Bartender4 does not appeal to my preferences, so I use Masque which allows you to "skin" the bars themselves. As you can see in the photo, I've opted to use the "Dark" preset.Sure elvui can fix it. And you can disable the clicking in vuhdo. The problems in grid is an easy fix aswell.
